woah.. that's the stuff
the focus is amazing in this
the way you sharpened and blurred certain areas
and the intricacy of all the deatils, the knots and whorls
it's pretty amazing what you did with one colour, it almost looks like bacteria under the microscope

This is gorgeous, I love the details and the colours. The finer, more intricate and sharp patterns contrast with the softer areas of the design which is interesting indeed. I like the use of space too like in the top left corner. It reminds me very much of some photographs I was taking the other day involving ink from a printer cartridge and a sink full of water. The colours and wispy pattern are very similar.

Man, it's too bad fractal submissions don't come with a zoom-in tool so you can examine all the self-similarities and everything. This is just insane.

Heh, yeah, it'd be cool if they had something like that That would really be difficult to implement though, because of all the different formats that programs use...

Definitely have a point there. I found some math website a few years ago that allowed the user to create a fractal, then zoom in up to 10x or something like that on any point. It was pretty cool.
