yep, re code veronica was the last re clasicc old school and reserve a remake version
I enjoy playing on dreamcast emulator and after play in ps2 emulator (codeveronica x)
unfortunately his exclusive development in Dreamcast console did not favor it in sales

darkside chronicles version was very good setting but short  as you said

there is a fan version by youtuber rodlima, only first part

CODE: Veronica was one of the best selling Dreamcast titles of all time and remains one of the best reasons to look at that short-lived but wonderful console.  Capcom's decision to port it to other consoles as fast as it could was also a wise one.  The PS2 port of the "X" version (RECVX) was well-nigh perfect and it it did very well too, all told.  The Gamecube port was no slouch as well.  To this day it is still considered one of the best entries in the series.  Capcom made its money back and more on that one.


Rod Lima always makes good stuff.  His Unreal-based remake of RE2 was excellent.  Sadly it can never be released, but at leat we have the videos.
