And yes this one is a mere prequel to Super Robot Wars Fighters: Mugen Warriors .

-A: Set before the events of Super Robot Wars Fighters: Mugen Warriors , Violengiguar is a fusion of the souls of slain Decepticon warriors. After seeing Unicron is defeated alongside Kurome, he somehow attempt to call upon the Decepticons to destroy the Autobots in order to buy time for him to awakened Mazinger Zero. This explained why Mazinger Zero was there in Super Robot Wars Fighters: Mugen Warriors and then went "Fine, I'll do it myself" after hearing what Unicron was doing.

-Q: Who's the final boss in this game?

-A: Violengiguar from Transformers: Zone, what do you expected that one?

-Q: Are there endings in this game?
-A: Yes and Yes! After beating Violengiguar, you get treated with endings that are in the form of Visual Novel.
