I really am a fan of Spectacular Spider-man. And my favorite spider-man villain is hobgoblin. Though it looks like the most amazing piece of art here, but could you make it look like it has a hood and cape?

Not bad, but where's the hood and cape, those were the primary differences between him and the Green Goblin.
Also, we would've actually seen the Hobgoblin had the show had it's planned 3rd season, but instead we got the crappy Ultimate Spiderman.

yea, Ultimate Spider-Man is nowhere nea "ultimate". When i saw the trailer for it, the first thing I pictured was that it was gonna be like the ultimate universe from the comics and the video game. But instead, Disney gave me a middle finger and mooned me! >X(

It's good, bu hobgoblin should have a more frightning look, such as fangs, claws, a reversed coloring for the eyes,etc.

the stories on that show are actually really really good. i didnt like it at first but i watched the first season, and it is amazing. and the artwork grew on me. its something new, but it felt like it had that traditional romantic artwork that john romita used to draw.
