Ok, so I think the "joy" in the middle is way corny, avoid the "joy". But otherwise this is a lovely cupcake...piled buttercreme with a icing sugar dusting to mimic snow, and some Holly leaves easily cut out of fondant with a few red candies on top to mimic the berries. Far be it for me to suggest spiking the fondant with a little peppermint extract and making the leaves minty!
