Brushes are good! I'd love to get better at brushes, but right now, it's a slow learning experience. C: Thus far I've only used pencil, ink, and attempted at water colors. Someday I hope to be similarly good! **hopefully

I'm worse at photoshop and gimp. I can't work with either to save my life, yet. Someday I might learn more about it. ;D
 Until then, I greatly admire people who can use any of those other programs.

it is Paint Tool Sai, a program used to draw as PS, but its function less than PS but is easier to use.
you may google it if interested..^^
