Names are hard. There's too many good first names and not enough good last names. I eventually got to the point where I picked her last name by just grabbing something off my bookshelf and taking the author's name (which happened to be Mark Millar).

The Front View in the bottom right is what I worked on the most, the rest's just bonus reference. I didn't really think of anything in terms of personality, so I gave her a default expression. And the star is uneven intentionally, I felt it was more pleasing to the eye, but that's only my opinion. I started out basing the uniform on the ones from some of Rachel's previous strips, but I kinda deviated along the way.
