LOL....well, I couldn't think of a good title, it kinda looks like a cheese grater...and well, The Cheese Grater sounds better in Italian, than it does in English...lol!

Because, the Italian words are right, but we haven't your English construction, and it should be "la grattugia del formaggio", that is "the greater of the cheese", article "la" because "grattugia" is a feminine word.
"il formaggio grattugiato" means instead "greated cheese".
But I'm not criticizing you badly.
I like your title as it is... please, don't change it!!!
