Well DA only accepts digital files so yes you do need a way to get your paper art into digital if you are interested in posting it here.
Most people use a camera, a cell phone or a scanner. Some who don't have any of those get a cheapo USB flash drive and just let their local copy shop
convert the drawing to digital and put it on the USB stick for them. So yeah some tool (from $5 and up) is required.
If you are over 18 then it doesn't really matter if they know.

Ah well then I can't say what you should do. Up to you to judge the situation but I will say that I looked it up and
the minimum legal age for operating a DA page is 13 so as long as you are 13 or over you are okay as far as DA is concerned.
You can read the pertinent rule here ---> help.deviantart.com/696/
That's all I can do for ya on that front.
Cheers!

Oh dear...
[artistmode on]First... this is not finished. It's a sketch.
Finish it. That would be a great start .
Though the rough sketch looks pretty great, there are a few things off in my opinion.
You made a great start at the head, already have some shading in it. I'm not sure if it was your intention, but it looks like the upperlip is a bit off.. unless you intended for the dragon to lift up his upperlip Perhaps to snarl?
Also, the teeth in his upperjaw should lean a bit more to it's left to make it match the stance of it's head.
It's a nice, but tricky pose for a dragon. But somehow it looks like his hind-legs are a little too short for this dragon in comparishment with it's for-legs, which are very long. Perhaps making the chest of it's body a bit bigger, solves that.
The for-leg up front also has a bit of a strange way to be attached to the body. Doesn't look quite natural, if you follow me. I think that one line above the spikes on it's elbow, should maybe be mirrored.
The wings might need to be re-attached a little closer to it's shoulderblades. Don't want the dragong flying off butt first, do we?
Wings are nicely composed though *nods*.
I do love the claws. Those are very well sketched indeed! Perhaps a bit weird for a dragon as they look quite human-like..but then again.. nobody REALLY knows what dragons look like . [artistmode off]
Will you finish this at some point?

I love the facial expression/ head shading and the paw <3

Thanks Raqonteur, much appreciated.
Out of curiosity is your name a play on the French word for witty storyteller, the band Raconteur or something else?
