UPDATED: 07/12/23... I was going to leave this one untitled because I felt like if I named it, the title would/could steer the viewer into a certain direction and influence how they interpret the piece. (I am not sure I even know exactly what's going on in this scene... I've come up with at least five scenarios that are all drastically different!) So have at it... make of it what you will and feel free to share what you think might be happening. I settled on calling it "Cyclops" because all the action leads to or is generated from there. And, I figured if Ray Harryhausen could put faun legs and a horn on his cyclops, I could get away with putting LOTS of spikes on mine and making him half cyclops, half serpent. (A cyclops naga hybrid.) This was done totally in Photoshop using my Huion GT 191 working from a sketch from 2017. (The sketch itself was adjusted/modified at least 4 times in Photoshop over the course of 4 to 5 years before I thought it was ready to paint!) Characters and Artwork ©2022 Christopher M. Saghy.
