Nicandar Allard from my YA sci-fi novel OCEAN OF EMPTINESS.Commander Nicandar "Nick" Allard is the first mate aboard the Red Phantom. Although the youngest member of the crew, he's burdened with the responsibilities of running a ship and evading deadly space pirates.

Ah! I just bought this book (it's on iBooks, btw Ideal-Idiosyncrasies. The app is free and the book is 99 cents) and I was really excited to see this pic (everyone's described really well but I couldn't picture Nick in my head, lol.) I've been reading your stuff on Fanfiction and followed some links to this site. You're so talented in so many ways, keep up the good work!

or will stores like chapters and indigo have them. (they are the only stores close by that seel books)
