Description
"Tango" was inspired by Strictly Come Dancing or ("Dancing With the Stars" in America) even though the dancers aren't taking part this year, it was taken from their stage show "Midnight Tango" with Vincent Simone & Flavia Cacace. The romance of the dance is intense and the reference has great atmosphere.
Drawn on A3 Extra smooth Bristol Board, using Mechanical pencils 0.5 HB, B2 & B4. Graphite pencils H2 - B8, Blending sticks, BluTak & Tissues. It took around 49hrs and I have to say I've really enjoyed drawing it. It's probably been the most enjoyable drawing to date.

I love watching this couple dance, don't know if you have, but they obviously are more than just dance partners haha, and you can tell that they have a history, cus it makes their dancing so fluid and cooperatively coordinated.

Yes, I'm fortunate enough to have seen their live stage show.... it is amazing, their movements are so accurate. They used to be partners years ago, but only dance together now.

Their Milonga that was performed on the BBC version of "Strictly come dancing" was my favorite. I instantly recognised this scene, it looks very realistic. Amazing!
