In the first picture Inma drinks the keg.
Second picture Inma feels the grass with her feet and she is happy that she is the exact size of Jack.
(Just a bit smaller than a 11 year old)
Third picture Jack is attacked by Grenjoy's band and Inma protects jack and Ellaine.
In the last picture, Inma pushes Jack over to Ellaine with dancing.

It started that Inma is so huge. And so Pedro Jack's best friend has found a solution. They went to Pedro's grandfather. He was a medecine researcher even a magician. Inma has often wished to live with people and will do anything to get it through. So Inma got a potion and she shrinks.
You can see that in the first picture how Inma drinks the cask.

Someone on Tumblr who was at D23 in 2015 mentioned that there would have been a shaman-like character in the film. Perhaps he/she/it would have been the one who gave a potion to Jack to give to Inma to shrink her.
