He's a spangle just like my budgie as well! I think they look so pretty with those pale markings where the body colour can blend into them. My budgie is a little more purple than that one though.

I used to have a budgie that would hang on the kitchen chandelier by one foot like that and look around like it was amazed by the view. XD
