Introducing my OC Irene!
I actually have around 20 or so old sketches of OCs that I devised over the past few years, and Irene has always been one of my all-time favorite original characters, dating well back to... high school, I think (I'm 24, by the way). Her design actually hasn't changed a huge amount. She's basically always been huge (her original design was only 7 feet, and I usually draw her "human" scale at around 16. Now I just let all my giant OCs get as big as they want), she's always had long blue hair and she's always had some form of romantic relationship with whatever my author insert character was (Moe)...
At the end of the day, I liked her being the extremely friendly, but insanely obsessive girl with a hard limerence and blatant fetish for average joe Moe. She's a lot of fun to draw, and I hope you like her. I'm planning on materializing all of those OCs in one form or another, and I have a few commissioned pieces coming down the pipeline to show them off.

She’s a fun character, because she’s a really pretty and nice girl with everyone but the guy she actually really likes, and trying to write about that dynamic fascinates me.

She loves him so obsessively, she would do basically anything to anyone else to spend time with him. It often includes mild kidnapping, stalking, seduction, wasting his time and/or delaying him, and basically anything that wouldn’t be bad enough to actually make him completely unhappy with her.

Pretty much. Also, she’s kind of a perv, and literally find him pleasurable to look at, which is why she likes being with him so much.

Not really. He does likes her too, but she’s crazy and she keeps doing something like... kidnapping and destroying property just to make him hang out.

So how'd they meet?

I haven't written out any of the lore yet on paper, but it's kind of complicated. To make a long story short, Irene has an older brother named Jason, who Moe first became friends with through his roommate Dmitri. Moe and Dmitri both met Jason's family at an social event he was asked to help out in. Irene and Moe had an extremely weird connecting moment at the party, and she's been obsessed with him ever since.
