I am partial to the Shadows, the Neoshadows and Novashadows. I just adore their designs Heartless sora is cool too n.n

My favorite heartless is the whole family of mages with the hats and named after music/dances (Blue Rhapsody, Green Requiem, etc). I've even drawn nearly all of them as humans except for one or two from KH3!
