Google sketchup and desk space aesthetic photos help alot for inspiration. I love messy work stations. Actually, for this piece, I remember thinking about Hiccup from How to Train your dragon 1 when he was drafting the tail for toothless, in his little room on the slanted easel; drawings and tools all over it, lit by a warm light that didn't quite reach far and left parts of the room in darkness.

Woooooooaaaaah.
The love for this painting really shows. Your detail work, posing, angle, and lighting really come together here so calmly and even a little ominously. He looks warm and friendly and probably overworked and in need of a nap, but the tiny syringe in the corner tells another story "owo
O wow, this one is just... wow...., I don't even know how else to put it?? It's just so awesome and well composed. Amazing

I've been thinking alot about my own art space and desk, but for some reason it just really came together when I thought about Gaster's desk. XD go figure

Lovely job! I love the details and shading done here; it's one of those pictures where you can just stare at it for ages and enjoy drinking in every little object. Good job with applying value, too. It's a pleasure to view, really. And Gaster. X 3

Well thats a comment that can leave you speechless and staring for a few minutes X3 Thanks!Β
Really low color values, really I think might have to do with that. I'm glad it didn't turn out overwhelming, there's alot in this painting.

trees are complex
*whispers* trace the tree to learn what it looks like then just try drawing it by yourself, eventually the training wheels will fall off and it will be okayΒ Β

Well I'm sure he has windows, but they probably only look onto cells with certain subjects, but unless he goes twenty floors up there won't be any windows with sunlight XP

Not as hard as you'd think, really. But it did take a while. Now it would have been insanely hard if I didn't have an environment to paint over.... XD I'd drawn Gaster first, and then I searched for this desk, and when I pasted the desk, it just so happened it was at the perfect angle and it made me so happy ;v; I don't think this would have looked as good if I hadn't painted over, and just came up with a desk from imagination.
