Probably not. Any advice i would have is basic stuff -- get Photoshop or Clip Paint Pro, learn to scan lines and color, and practice all the time.

A shame given it was one of just two movies where Don Bluth had more or less total control over what was being made (Fox basically gave him a budget of $40m and 14 months to make whatever movie he wanted, or so they say) the first being 'The Secret of Nimh'.

I'm pretty sure it's the only thing anyone remembers from that movie... Though if anything, Don Bluth will forever be known for bizarre visuals and fetish fuel, so I suppose this is a good crossing point between the two.
