Headcanon Time
Though disconcerted at first by her new form, Rouge soon realized the many benefits that came with it. Larger wings for longer flight, claws for picking locks, and the muscle to dropkick anyone who gets in her way.
Her outfit is just her usual for the most part, since the body portion seems like it would stretch to fit. The gloves were shredded in the process however as well as the boots, which she switched out for a pair more befitting her nighttime form.
Her fighting style would be inspired by wrestling moves as well as the fierce kicks that she is already known for. (Also bejeweled spiked knuckles??? Let’s just say those are something she picked up along the way.) Much like WereSonic’s weird energy sphere shield, she could use her wings to block small blows.

I love the fact that she has a more bat-like appearance, though because of how rough the sketches are for the shoes, I can't really understand the sketchy concept very well. ;;
I feel like if anyone tries to go near her, she'd big-wings them in an attempt to scare others into making herself look big and scary to intimidate others. (Like how Megabats in Australia spread their wings out as a defence mechanism to ward off others giving the impression of "I'm bigger than you think!"
You should totally do the other characters all unleashed.
