Description By a twisted turn of events, involving the loss of most of my normal art supplies. I ended up doing this on my computer....

I don't like how it turned out...

But I promised I'd realise the first page today.

And I typically loathe anything I do.

It's Late...

But here it is.

Read all you like.

Color?

um...

I plan to add color once I get used to the Wacom Tablet...

Right now it's too much of a hassle, Once I can get Wacoming down the same time the actual base sketch takes, I'll throw in coloring to the mix, but right now, I want to be able to produce a comic in around 5 hours. Right now? 4 hours just for the Wacom bit.

It hurts.

I should get better though, and then baby...

COLOR!!!

Interesting intro...

I always enjoy it when you unveil something, Chris, because there is always so much research, practice, and effort behind it. You never do a half-bottomed job, and I think this is really gonna be spectacular.

I know you think it looks awkward now, but you've really got the gist of framing up a good comic, and WACOM ease will come with time. For now, though, your brush choice looks pretty good. Experiment, of course...and hey, those mountains? That's really cool. I'm a big fan of minimalistic backgrounds. It conveys what it needs to to get the job done, and it looks really great.

Zoom effect is awesome...I mean, you can always perfect techniques, but this is one of those things that wouldn't occur to me, so I'm pretty impressed.

You have a great style, and I can't wait to hear your stories told.

Think they need musical accompanyment?

Perhaps I should a little... Animation?

And thanks for the mountain comment.

I definetly am having Wacom adjustment issues...
