I like it but i do have some small comments if you like.
The cracks running threw the window are wrong. What i mean by this is the following. They start in the walls and than run into the windows. Either remove them or replace them somewhere else.
The doll should be a bit more grunge and have more of a dead aspect. It looks to clean for the image. This also goes for the girl here dress.
Last but not least i like the overal aspect of the image.

To me it looks as if she is trying to reach her "lost childhood". Something in life once immobilized her, not being able to go through life as easy now, being trapped in her withering and decaying private area perhaps her mind or overall life. She reaches for her childhood, yet it is too far away, it's dead and she has forever lost it.
To me, a lost childhood is indeed cruel.
