The Phaaaaaaaaantom of the opera is theeeeeeere...inside my mindAhem. Yes. Recently I have had an old childhood obsession with the good phantom rekindled, and I created this photomanipulation out of boredom. This is my first attempt at photomanipulation...I think maybe I used the smudge tool too much 0_o
Oh, and this is the Leroux version. Obviously. Considering the whole lack of nose and all.

Well, technically I first got turned onto it by the few phantom songs included in the "Best of Andrew Lloyd Webber" cd, but I didn't actually understand the story until I saw the movie.
And then I read Leroux. Guess which version is now my favorite.

Weee! I love it! I don't care what anyone says, I think Leroux's Erik is still rather sexy. I really like this manip espec. in the shading and the cheek/jawbone. Overall I think it's great!
