Here is Striker anti-hero lightning dragon from Le monste Legacy
He can be evil and good so does Kayla but she has personality switches.
Striker has the ability to have his markings glow in dark or to charge up energy when ready to strike fast as lightning. Too surprise is his tongue also glows too because he likes to stick out his tongue to show his craziness personality side and try to be cool. Although Striker is one of those dragons who likes to do his own way and pretty much doesn't takes things seriously so he mostly ignores them. Striker had bad attitude he takes things like a joke when it's whenever serious because he has two personalities. He may be kind but he may be bad.
