... hope I'm not giving away 'spoilers' with this, BUT I figure enough time has passed since the game came out!
...anyway, this was the first image I had done of the Joker after he gets affected with the 'supersteroids' in the game.... I had initially envisioned him as a 'spiderlike' creature more than anything... some disjointed, messed up looking monster straight out of an Aphex Twin video or something.... Harley was a very very early concept as well.

Wow! Wish the Joker looked like that in the game when he go the venom or maybe something else would have caused him to look that way. The most creepy Joker I've ever seen!

gotcha! I'm a huge fan of Evangelion, so I wouldn't doubt if I subconsciously 'channeled' some of it onto Joker! ... AND thank you very much, glad you dig it!

What would Harley have looked like if she got Titan? I imagine montrous like the joker but having a muscular, lean female build.

The face on the bottom right looks like the little face that pops up when Kefka does his "Light of Judgement" spell at the end of Final Fantasy VI.
I thoroughly enjoy the 'spider-like' design; it comes off as a lot more creepy than the other design, to be honest.
I really enjoy these designs and I think they look fantastic! They are a lot of fun

Venom Joker looks amazing. Great job. I wonder what creators would do to maximize his appearance in a 3d movie, or even make it look nearly realistic. =]

I think I honestly woulda dug this venom Joker more than the one finally used. The spider-like creepy-ness of him fits much better with the overall idea of the Joker more than a mohawk'd out brute. But hey, no matter what, the art is awesome.

I liked the Venom Joker in the video game, but to be honest i like this version of Harley soo much better than how she actually appeared in A.A. She looks more like the traditional Harley instead of the pinup, prostitute harley that is in the video game. :/

Woah. I think I'd have preferred to see this in-game rather than the final helium'd version we got. It would have fit Joker's personality better, IMHO. How come Rocksteady opted for the bulky design instead of this one?

I think they opted for the HUGE version of it because of the 'bone-rig' they had... this one would have required a 'special' rig, and I don't know if it was 'deadline-friendly' to have done so.

Wow, it is really incredible to see these alternative concept drawings. I like the final designs but I am really in love with this version of Harley Quinn, and the sharpened mallet idea is really cool. Someone should cosplay this, I like it. ^_^

This version of the Venom Joker creeps me even more than the one that appeared in the Arkham Asylum game.
If I may ask, are you working on the Batman Arkham Asylum 2 concepts? I'm love to see more of your great works.
