Holy crap! I mean... oh my goodness, looks like some dudes got him busted and take him inside special cell by the government. This little guy could sometimes threatening the average citizens outside due to his awesome power that only could bring the confusion to the mankind. Or shall I say when everyone is surely getting tired of pulling too many pranks to hurt other dudes (like Luan Loud)? We don't know, but if it's even for Kitaro Edoga--I mean Takayama! Ugh, silly me. But sometimes, my good mens, he has reasons too, even though he'd never hurt anybody.
