This is my favorite shot. I love the colors and everything.
If your curious about how I made the costume:
For this project I used two different sweaters that were about the same size, one green, one black, and cut the sleeves off of both of them. I reasembled the green sweater by attatching the black sleeves to it. Next I constructed a hood made out of the material from the green sleeves and sewed that on. I used the leftover black sleeves to make a tail and ears and attatched those. For Girs eye's, I simply cut a styrofoam ball in half, applied some velcrow to the back side of it, and next, to the hood, and drew little dots for pupils. Pink felt was used to create a tongue that I applied easily onto the hood using a glue gun. The zipper had to be the most difficult part of the costume for me. You would not believe the ammount of trouble this part of the costume put me through. I used basic pieces of foam to make a sort of zig zag pattern that I cut out, proceeded to spray pain with metalic paint, and then hot glued to the front of the sweater. And for the pull, I had to use one particularly thick piece of foam, and covered that piece with another thinner one that covered both sides leaving a gap large enough for a chain to slip though. And I just wore that part as a necklace. All the other details, like Girs stitching and nose, were applied with a fabric marker, though I had thought of using actual string or black twine but got lazy.
