This is for an evening wear competition in Australia . My theme is waterfall, so it has to be flowy and elegant. i thought of white and tones of blue. with a contrasting dark brown.

Update: hurray! i won the top prize for Singapore/HongKong category. got a $500 Spotlight voucher... but DARN! it's hard to use so much money at a time... what am i suppose to buy? =.=''
