I use Liquitex acrylics and Liquitex liquid varnish to seal.

They were practice shoes. Picked 'em up for about $1. I thought they really cleaned up well.

It's "Mod-Podge", it's a brand of decoupage.
I bought some varnish yesterday. I'm getting ready to try it out.

Yeah, I use --> [link] But, I don't know if it's international or not. I'm in the US. There are a lot of similar products. I also have "Delta Ceramcoat" Varnish. I haven't used it yet, but I'm going to.

This is way to cool. I can't say that I've ever seen anyone take this creative outlet before. The technical ability is professional. My daughter is beside me viewing these and I think she is in shock.

Aww! The only other person to give me that nice of a compliment was my mother, and it's her job to do that! My daughter watched me paint these, she's in highschool-- I told her I wanted to put them up for sale. She finally weaseled them out of me. She's been wearing them since. These shoes were a horrible, dusty pink color before I painted them black.Thanks again for the view and the nice comments.
