I like her maang tika (head locket). I want one like that!Her saree was based off of a photo of a saree that I hope to purchase. *_*
I wish I could wear it to a wedding or soemthing, but no one in my family is gettng married anytime soon.. Or rather, I'm next inline to get hitched, and that isn't happening anytime soon. I swear if I hear my grandmothers speech one more time...

I ended up not getting the sari... I thought after a while I might seem like i'm showing off a bit since I already had learned the hands when no one in the class did and it wasn't required to wear a sari. I did put some stick-on gems on my fingernails and other stuff though. It was fun. And i got an "A"! it was exciting. Thanks for asking. I love sari to i think I may have to get another one eventually. XD

i hear ya, my brother got married a couple of months ago so all my sis hears is about how we shud marry into a nice strict hindu family so there are no problems

Well, legally I'm not too young to get married (I'm 23). But, I still feel like I want to do more before getting hitched. Suprisingly, they love my boyfriend (as they say "He's such a nice Muslim boy, so tall, so fair!!") LOL!
