Top:
Goku thought he was rescued, but...
Middle:
I like seeing Goku making more friends; even though Beerus knows this is not the best situation to be prioritizing that.
Bottom:
Goku doesn't want Kale to be left out either. Goku's always so alone in his family in terms of his passion for martial arts (outside of EoZ Pan) that it's sweet to see him interacting with others who share his love of fighting.
Next week:
Bid farewell to Caulifla and Kale. Fusion Kalefla arrives.

I'd like to think Krillin wouldn't be replaced that easily (so difficult to not hear Lani's Krillin when I read dialogue from him).
I do hope that Goku making friends with Caulifla and Kale increases the odds of that Planet Salad trip though.
