So the reason Bulma and Vegeta are giving Goku a simultaneous yet unintentional "arms-folded-in-irritation" pose in this CM (0:09 in) : [link] is because they're upset with his spying on Vegeta's battle against Birusu earlier (where Goku gets to see Vegeta's hidden power unleashed) because they wanted him to come help. Goku explains that he was watch-spying on the fight to try and spot what Birusu's weakness is and come up with a strategy to beat him.
There is a huge, 9+ page summary on the way for BOG that should be on Kanzenshuu some time later this week. Will link when it appears.

It's gonna be a fun fight; I especially look forward to the banter between them since prior to this Vegeta was being all super-nice to Birusu. XD
I hear Vegeta also holds out longer in battle against Birusu than Goku did because of his hidden power.

Well i kinda figured that since Gokus SSJ3 battle with Birusu lasted a little bit and Vegeta's SSJ2 seems to be stronger than Goku's SSJ3 X3
Though they didnt show much of Veggie and Birusu's fight and that is why i REALLY WANT TO SEE IT X3

Only when his hidden power is unleashed. The only problem Vegeta has is that he can't access that hidden power he didn't even know he had unless he eventually is able to deeply tap into his own emotions on a regular basis (his hidden power is unleashed temporarily after Vegeta witnesses Birusu slap Bulma. Vegeta loves her so much that seeing this happen to her breaks his hidden power free and he's able to hold Birusu off in battle far longer than Goku could. It's a very B/V moment.)
So Vegeta has the potential to become the strongest, but the way he'd have to go about it (getting in touch with his emotions) is very difficult for him to accomplish.
