The Japanese characters at the top are Kakashi and Yuugao's names, and the rest of the message says
"Watashitachi wa... taisetsu datta hito wo ushinatta kedo
tatakau tsuzuku"

Which basically means "Even though we have lost someone important to us....we continue to fight."

I cosplayed Yuugao, and met the Kakashi cosplayer at AX day 2.
Just in case you honestly CANNOT TELL, this photo has obviously been manipulated in photoshop.
My eyes, for example, and especially to those who know me, are not usually that big. XDDDDD (I wish!)
