Looks like Subaru will win judging by her abilities. And this reminds me of that Nanoha fighting game for PSP. It's really good despite a limited cast.

I never saw it either until my friend was playing his (downloaded) copy of it. It's not based off StrikerS though. I was the only one to figure out how to use the super moves, just by random button hitting.
