The scope of usage is not limited to just water, but the user can also manipulate things in their surroundings such as puddles/drinks/soup/etc. However, they cannot manipulate body fluids/liquids inside another being, but they can manipulate things that are outside such as tears.

**The longer the user manipulates, the more blood it drains and the faster it exhausts the user and could possibly harm them.**

LIMITATIONS:

+ The spell requires some blood of the user in order activate. In order to recover from blood loss, the user must drink blood or recover for at least 24 hours ( or more depending on the loss of blood. ) [ lvl 1. ] - drains blood quickly.

+ The cooldown time is 10 minutes after every time the spell is casted. If the spell is used consistently after 3 times, the cool down will increase by 7 minutes and require more energy to be casted again.

+ In ice form, the ice will stay for 2 minute and then melt. Will melt even quicker when it's under extreme heat.

+ Spell duration depends on what is created. ( Usually around 30 secs - 5 minutes )

+ Takes 1-5 minutes ( depending on the size/complexity of the shape) to cast the spell due to gathering and forming the liquid.

+ Controlling and manipulating great bodies of water (ponds, lakes, seas, oceans) over an excessive period of time can exhaust the user. "Be careful of the children with red eyes, they're cursed," Lucia's mother had always told her.

At the age of 17, she enrolled into a private school near her home and Lucia encountered a girl named Remi at that school. The girl was not an ordinary human like the other students — she had red eyes. It was surprising to see a vampire out in public, but then again, there were no vampire hunters at the school. For the first few months, Lucia was very cautious around the girl, but they became friends after various things happened and got along very well until something unexpected occurred.

"I-it was an accident.. I needed to consume blood otherwise I would go insane w-without it," Remi said in a trembling voice as she backed away from Lucia.

It felt like it all happened within a single second. Remi's sharp teeth were stained with blood and there was blood trickling down Lucia's neck. She was bitten by an infectious vampire.
Lucia checked her reflection in the window and her eyes were ruby red.
It was all over for her.

Years passed by, but strangely, Lucia didn't age at all. Slowly, she watched as her parents aged in front of her. And then one day, her parents got discovered by the government. Luckily, Lucia was hidden from them and wasn't found. Shortly, her parents got executed by the government for hiding a vampire, but before that her mother gave her a journal — a strange journal.

Lucia's mother spoke her last words, "When people die, they become the stars in the sky. I'll always be up in the sky watching over you and guiding you. This journal will also bring you guidance in the future."

After her parents' deaths, she struggled mentally and emotionally; blaming herself for their deaths. This caused her to become more distant to other people because she was afraid that people close to her may die while protecting her. From then on, she decided that she would become more indepedent and continued living in the mountains by herself to hide herself from the public. That was when she blocked out the whole world around her. Gradually, she began to lose concern for other people and everything was just centered around herself.
