Aside from all the things people already commented about, I love Sniper's murderous look to Spy's hand, like "You either take that hand off of there, or I'll bite it".

I like how solid you made all the Mercs look. The light and shadow on them is great as well as their proportions.
The only thing that sticks out to me is Engineer... he almost looks cartoonish amongst all the others who look more realistic.

Aside from that it's perfect.
