I originally had wanted to get this done by Halloween this year (2013), but alas, that didn't happen. Oh wells, better late (2 weeks after) than never.

But anyway, it's another revamp of my previous drawings of my own Halloween witches: 2005 & 2010 . Went even further in finally giving her a name: Io Lilura.

Did a few minor color experimentation: such as her eyes & eyelashes, worked on shading in clothing folds, and soften the lineart using the airbrush. As for her fashion change, I was inspired after watching Fate/Kalied Liner Prisma Ilya, especially after watching episode 6...totally kickass episode. Had wanted a different background for her; had an idea in my head, but couldn't come out right when trying to make it. So pretty much used the similar background as the 2010 version.
