Anyway, school's really busy, I have like 4 site visits tomorrow, but taking photos make me happy, and it helps that it's Nat which I've not taken photos of recently. It was quite difficult to get proper lighting and also unmessy background in my room, but after much fiddling and moving Nat from on the bay window to the bed to the desk to the floor, I finally found somewhere to take photos from.
I quite like the backlighting in this, though it makes it harder to light up his face properly without anything to reflect light back on his face since I took this with only natural lighting...[edit: Another photo from the same set can be found on doa or my doll blog ]

Hey, you can start by joining a doll forum, cos that's probably the easier way to find a community (or try finding one on dA). denofangels or castaways are pretty good forums, just note that denofangels only allow legits while castaways are open for legits and recasts. It's hard for me to comment on what to "use" per se, cos there's so many choices, but my doll info is available here if you want to know. Hope that helps get you started!
