Olan is still going strong in our house! Alden just lost his 6th and 7th teeth over the past couple of days (about time, most of the kids his age lost their baby teeth ages ago!) He will be nine years old in September, and I suspect he doesn't really believe in Olan anymore, but he isn't saying so - I think he wants to cling onto his childhood a little longer! The problem is, his little brother Isaac now wants his own tooth fairy - so I am surfing the web to find Olan a friend! Best wishes from England!

Hi, my name is Steph, I live in England and have two young sons. I thought you might like to know that when my older boy lost his first tooth a couple of weeks ago, we showed him this picture and told him that it was a boy tooth fairy called Olan. Olan has a little friend, a bird called Cheep, who he leaves behind to stay with you when Olan takes your tooth away to borrow (Cheep is a little glass bird bead that I happened to have). When you want your tooth back from Olan, you have to sprinkle the magic flying dust that Olan left behind to bring Cheep to life (coloured sand!) Cheep flies off to get your tooth back then returns to Olan (my jewellry box!) until you lose your next tooth. Thank you for creating this image. My son loves manga style stuff and didn't rate the thought of a pink girlie fairy running off with his tooth! Your image has created a magical memory for him!
