This piece of work of Bubbles is the hottest I've ever seen. I would feel horny too if it was Blossom or Buttercup or even Morbucks; but Bubbles makes me the hornier the most. If I compare this version of her and a another from a cartoon (let's say Morbucks for example) standing, then there will be a difference between the original young character and a grown up version (basically a young character in a grown up body). The fun fact is; her voice actress Tara Strong was actually really hot too. Anyways, I love when give her more fanservice to it, which makes her extra hotter.

I really love how Bubbles looks as an adult. You have some unique art skills to draw some lovely girl characters from various media, including cartoons and anime. You've added the shades with low contrast, which is where tints and shades are slightly brighter or darker comparing to high contrast. The tints or lighting on her body are well placed, but her outfit should have a bit of lighting as well so it can reflect a bit of light from the light source. For example, a sun is a natural light source where it always brings directional light to person, place, or thing. Overall, great job on this masterpiece.
