She look like a hot Cammy (Street Fighter) and Thor (The Hammer, cape, and color) in one. She is definitely more than a hot piece.

The colouring with pencil is very fluid and well done. Also, clothing and hairstyle is very original. However, you have to work on body proportions and muscles. Some parts look really tiny and like if they were made out opf stone. You have to make it look like a fluid, human body.

Well, the idea was that she'd be both a fighter and a sculptor, so her weapons would resemble tools a sculptor would use; specifically, a hammer and sword sphaped like a chisel. The sword isn't pictured because I didn't really know where to effectively place it.

Well, if she held it the way her hand is positioned, it would be pointed diretly towards the viewer, and that wouldn't be a very good shot of it.
