Splinter supposed he should intervene. April was little more than a child and, for all his intellect, so was Donatello. However, if there was one indisputable truth that he had learned in his life, it was that the time for happiness and fulfilment was vanishingly small and that the life of a ninja tended to be that of an exploding star - bright but immensely short. Let them have their love; let April call his son 'my husband' in her personal journal; let Donatello call her 'wife' when he imagined himself alone in his lab. The two of them deserved that small comfort.

Sorry if I'm interrupting, but there is something in this world that is called "values". And this world has somehow been corrupted by people trying to get rid of these values. These values is what makes us humans because we have self conscious that animals do not have, and that is why this is one of the greatest reasons that we are separated from animals. I am personally glad that our loving characters, the TMNT, have fallen in the hands of Nickelodeon. Our cute turtles are where they are supposed to be. Making young and older audience enjoy the programs in a sane way. I mean, a person does not need a show that has always SEX, SEX, SEX, SEX, and SEX without any control. They are already a lot of those types of shows. What this world really needs is self control, and STOP making the same movies and shows with the same theme. I am 21 years old, and I never get tired of watching the TMNT in Nickelodeon. The show has an amazing script, and I think this show is very energetic, funny, and heart warming. The romances that are in the show are sugary-honey, that makes you dream in a sweet fountain in the sky, and not in the savage
uncivilized corrupted darn sex.
Sorry again, but I cannot stop myself from saying or writing these kinds of things.

Sorry, didn't think my comment would upset anybody. I made that comment when I knew nothing about the show/I hadn't watched it yet. Just liked the art work and wished it was real, that's all.
