I wish I had done this in 2011, and started 2012 with something new and overwhelming. I'm not superstitious, but I still like the pomp and ceremony
I thought I would hate the final result, but, I was too tired to do another lineart and decided to go on. Nothing bad, I guess.
18 years-old. Gil got curves!
Gil loves boots, and has a great collection. From rustic vintage combat boots to those of sleek leather, like this stylish model she’s wearing now.
At present, Gil devotes her attention to Evil (which, having exceeded the life expectancy of its species, is naturally tired and in need of special care), Rodney and her job. Sometimes she works as a model, and politely declined invitations for “special training” in a “government facility for special purposes”

First of all, sorry for the delay in answering your comment.
Well, now eighteen and without many of the restrictions of her childhood and preteen years, Gil can do just now.... Everything! This hasn't gone unnoticed by a certain agency of the Canadian Armed Forces, who more than once has made offers to Gil to join in and receive "training".
About Evil, I'm afraid that when Gil is eighteen, he will be too old to join her on her adventures. Now, old and tired, he just wants to rest on his ottoman. But his many hundreds of cubs continue his legacy.

She grew up to be a beautiful young woman, but that's no surprise, she has always been pretty ^ w ^. Oooh, I like her boots ' 3 '.
Aw, just like in "If I Had Words..." (In fact, you mention in that picture she's between 16 and 18), and I like the fact that Rodney is still an important part in her life *^ 3 ^*. I wonder if her parents have problems with her working as a model being so young: Some of them don't like the idea too much, but considering Gil's pass through beauty pageants probably is normal for them.

This is one of those friendships that last for years and never grow old. The fact that Gil has stopped using him as her private guinea pig helped a lot, too! ^_^
Well, both Gil and her parents think that the model “career” is just a hobby while her parents argue over whether make her a doctor or a lawyer. The last option, as always, is to ask what she wants to do. They’re parents, after all…

Thank you. You know, I noticed that I have an annoying habit of leaving one of the eyes of my characters (as sketches) without a white dot. It happens so frequently that this made me color the eyes of Prince Adolf to give them the desired effect in that sketch.

I dunno, I think starting 2012 with your little girl all grown up is a great way to start! She looks incredibly sly and cool, just like she does as a kid. It's amazing how well you capture that growing process.
