A few days ago, a godsend in the midst of so much misery is revealed: I got from a friend, who is also a fan of the series, the three seasons of Avatar - The Last Airbender!!! I finally got to watch a little of this great series. I was right, and it’s really worth my time. Even before that, to escape a bit from the usual, I decided to do a drawing in a style different from TDI. So I give you Fire Lord Ozai in his throne.

I'm still adapting to Photoshop CS5 - which, incidentally, one of my teachers in computer graphics course gave me. I was fully satisfied with the old 7.0. I'm an old-fashioned, I like stability and continuity, and I do not like change, ‘cause it’s almost always for the worst. Not that I'm grateful for what I have now, but as my own teacher admits, to get used to a program in English and get comfortable with it, and then see it translated into Portuguese... Even though my native language is rather confusing to assimilate and continue where I stopped. So the color job is worse than usual.

Ignore the little flaws and appreciate, as would be with the Fire Lord himself, after all, would be him such a bad guy?
