There is definitely something priest-like about him, but since the priests of many cultures/religions used to take drugs while performing rituals, he could be high as well.

The more I look at it the more it seems like he's enraptured, rather than high...it's very interesting to go back to...I love art that keeps me coming back to look for something different...
