I recently acquired the rom for River City Ransom EX.I will definitly BUY this game when I get the money.
Anyways, I beat it, got a Change Self item that lets you edit the character appearance, I made Neo, then I got to thinking, and made a Smith look alike.
So I put Neo in Park on RCR EX and the final product of a lot of editing came up with this!
Agent Smith versus Neo ala The Matrix Reloaded.

I laughed my sorry tucus off after seeing this. That games characters are so reptitive, so this just adds to the insanity that IS River City Ransom.

Well yes, the GBA does have the same power as a SNES, but the GBA goes 32-bits and has more power than an SNES.
Meaning yes it is possible, they did put Max Payne on GBA
