Yay for more Photoshop practice! I'm trying to make due with only having Photoshop Elements, not a normal photoshop, so it's hard to find tutorials and stuff that I can do too. I'm not good at backgrounds yet, so bear with the smeary green for now.

Character is Weda from the crazy anime called Janguru wa Itsumo Hare nochi Guu, or just Hare+Guu. There needs to be more fanart from this anime.

I might add the pencil/pen sketch in Scraps, maybe not.
