Description
1: the outline....i like to start with pl's face so tt i get his expression and can later decide what to do to match that. I used peacock feather as many warriors have feather on their helmet etc. however as the character is taking up much space there's no space left to me to draw them longer and more curvy, which would be nice.
2: clothes...the original idea for his weapon is some...erm, water sword or so tt could transform, but it was horribly done so later i replaced that with Katana..which fits into e theme of warrior.
3&4: add effect with brush and ink...also tissue paper, fold em and dip in e ink, then press onto paper..
5: Here comes the sword and some final touches here and there...
6, jus a closer view..

P.S Did i mention I'm starting a manga class? it should be in Bukit panjang, starting in June school holiday! DO contact mi if yer interested.
