I've been asking around about this.
Makuta wears the mask of control in the reboot. But what does it control?
Minds? That seems too recycled after Onewa. (Onewa, Onua, Whenua, who made these names!?)
I was thinking it'd be more unique if it controlled reality.

I think Creation could be seen as Chaos as well - creation and destruction go side by side.
Control acts as a limiter to Creation so there's not constant destruction; and Creation acts a limiter to Control, allowing some freedom from constraints.
