Clara (Kurara) from Kuragehime.
I sewn this myself... inserting the polyfoam bubbles are a pain in the ass cos those things were flying around all over ~tsukiyumi 's work station. Thanks to Tsukiyumi for the lace scrap fabrics! The frills on Clara turned out perfect with that touch of lace with furry polka dots! >w<
I finished Clara on the way towards Times Square in the car LOL! The tentacles are just pinned onto the frills.
