2011 Artwork that I forgot to post XD

"A vampire who lost his memories and had gone berserk and killed everyone around him, When he calmed down, he notice one lady and his instincts let him hold and embraced her but sadly he couldnt feel anything at all (She was his forgotten love)

Ok I got the reference picture of this artwork from a DA member but I couldn't remember who, If anyone is familiar with it kindly tell me whos image is this, as far as I can remember, he said it was free to use and just credit him when I use it.
